We are looking for professional and compassionate Caregivers to care for adults and children with developmental disabilities in a residential group home setting. We provide quality care for our clients in a comfortable and warm environment. Join our team today! The ideal candidates will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills. You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help our clients.

Responsibilities

• Help clients take prescribed medication
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able)
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion
• Report any unusual incidents
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
• Accompany individuals on community outings

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Arizona Driver's License
• must be able to obtain Fingerprint Clearance Card
• clean Motor Vehicle Re (Preferred)
• Article 9 (Preferred)
• CPR/First Aid (Preferred)
• Prevention & Support (Preferred)
• Proven experience as a caregiver
• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Respectful and compassionate
• Good time management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ethics
• Physical endurance
• High school diploma or equivalent

Pay & Benefits

Hiring incentive of $750 after 90 days of employment to be paid out incrementally over three pay periods! (On call employees are not eligible for this incentive, only those in permanent shifts)

$14.25/hour (base rate) + $2/hour (ARPA Bonus) = 16.25/hour!

Full time employees are eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k!

COVID-19 considerations:
To keep our residents and staff as safe as possible, we have provided masks, gloves, hand sanitizer and disinfectant. Staff and residents are screened daily for elevated temperature and symptoms, and a daily disinfectant schedule has been implemented.
