Summary:
The Graphic Sales Partner role is a Sales position focused on the selling of our high end litho based packaging. This role works closely with Marketing and Product Managers at our customer partners to deliver innovative and eye catching packaging products to make their brands stand apart from others. This position is responsible for driving new sales in this rapidly growing marketplace.
Responsible for providing the Ultimate Corrugated Experience through creative design solutions and delivery of the service promise to our graphics customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for annual sales growth (retain, grow, new).
- Primarily responsible for business development and new customers acquisition
- Makes cold calls and services new and profitable graphic accounts.
- Knowledgeable on products, services, machine limitations and costing variables.
- Follows up and communicates on customer specifications in regard to particular graphic orders.
- Processes all required paperwork in a timely manner.
- Provides information to Director of Sales for preparation of annual sales budget.
- Coordinates entertainment activities to help build and maintain customer relationships.
- Conducts business in a professional manner at all times to assure a positive company image.
- Active in the community to build business networks/contacts.
- Ability to work with team members internally to provide rapid response to all customers needs that delivers the Ultimate Corrugated Experience and promotes a positive company image to external customers.
- Provides weekly pipeline updates to GM.
- Responsible for new item information accuracy.
- Turns in accurate monthly expense reports.
- Attends bi-weekly sales meetings.
- Utilizes sales resources for selling strategies.
- Duties may vary depending on location
Requirements/Qualifications:
- High functioning user of Amtech operating system.
- Ability to use Excel, VPS and email communication.
- Needs to be able to communicate effectively both verbally and via email.
- Proficient user of all forms for Customer Service, Design and Estimating/Pricing.
- Highly organized and utilizes effective time management.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the functions of this job.
Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed. May require walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or Lifting as required to file documents or store materials during the workday. Proper lifting techniques required. May include lifting up to 25 pounds for files, computer printouts on occasion.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to ambient temperatures. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

The performance of this position requires exposure to the manufacturing areas where under certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as Safety Glasses with Side Shields, mandatory hearing protection and steel toed shoes.
