Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Springville, UT

Reports to: Art Director

Schedule: Full Time (salaried position)

Position Summary

As a Graphic Designer, you will be hands-on in creating print and digital material for our portfolio of companies. Our marketing department functions like an in-house agency but also allows for mastery with in-house brand design. With the opportunity to play an important role on projects across various mediums including web, social media, events, PR, photography, and video, this position will quickly gain experience working with multiple brands across various industries.

Founded in 2016 by partners who have grown multiple international businesses, we take a very involved role in funding, marketing, and operating our portfolio. Primary Responsibilities

• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral

• Juggle brands across different industries and demographics

• Ability to implement design techniques for both startups and established companies based on brand standards

• Stay relevant with current design trends, mediums, and techniques

• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing

• Create visual concepts to help the portfolio through color, texture, symbols, images, and branding

• Use artistic skills to communicate ideas and solve problems

• Consistently meet project deadlines

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite

• Ability to perform retouching and manipulation of images

• Knowledge of layouts, typography, print, web

• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specs for startups and established companies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Motion graphics or animated design (is a plus)

• Photo editing (is a plus)

• Bachelor’s degree (not required)

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects (is a plus)
