Northampton Valley Country Club (NVCC)in Richboro PA is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Pro Shop Attendant. NVCC is an EOE. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to our golfers.
Key Responsibilities of the Pro Shop Attendant:
- Performs opening and closing procedures for the shop
- Responsible for accountability of all Member and Guest sales transactions
- Make tee time reservations
- Assist with rotating merchandise inventory and keeping displays clean and orderly
- May work with guest services and club management to facilitate starting times and play on the golf course
- Assist as needed with member events and outside tournaments
- Spread goodwill among all patrons
- Warmly welcome each patron
- Input customers into the computer
- Answer telephones
- Sell merchandise to customers
- Re-stock merchandise
- Provide the highest possible level of service at all times
- Perform all duties as prescribed by immediate supervisor
Minimum Qualifications for the Pro Shop Attendant:
- Well groomed
- Enthusiastic demeanor
- Customer oriented
- Willing to comply to dress code
- Must have strong sales skills
- Merchandising and golf equipment knowledge a plus
- Must be 18 years or older
