Job Description

Global Emulate3D Applications Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Emulate3D Application Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance to our clients in the consideration, implementation, and customization of their digital twin applications. This is a client-facing role, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. In addition, the role will require frequent interaction with the business unit to help bring customer issues to resolution, refine product strategy, and validate technology investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to identify their business requirements and help create software applications to meet those requirements.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on application functionality and features.
• Develop and implement customized solutions to meet client-specific needs.
• Work with technical support to troubleshoot and help resolve customer issues.
• Work closely with development teams to identify and resolve technical issues and bugs.
• Be a trusted consultant for clients on application usage and best practices.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to digital twin technology.
• Provide voice of customer to business unit to help define product investments.
• Support major global events.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Experience with Emulate3D, Logix controllers, Logix Echo required.
• Excellent professionalism, and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients and team members.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.

• Strong understanding of Information Technology concepts, structures, technologies, and processes.

• Desire to succeed, grow skill sets and maintain a positive attitude.
• The Base salary compensation range for this role is 91,760.00 - 137,640.00 USD Annual Annual, with an annual target bonus of 5% of base salary. Out company benefits for the US can be found here. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education and experience.
