What You'll Do:
  • Performing boring layouts and utility clearances
  • Supervising drilling operations
  • Performing geophysical surveys
  • Classifying soils and assigning lab testing
  • Geotechnical design and analysis
  • Report and proposal preparation and review
  • Budgeting daily and ongoing activities as well as invoicing
  • Marketing including daily on-going client interaction and development of a client database
  • Ability to interact with other staff members on various geotechnical projects
  • Monitoring project process, performance, and budgetary conditions
  • Attending project site meetings
  • Assisting with the resolution of technical and administrative problems
What We're Looking For:
  • BS in civil engineering, geology, or related degree from an ABET accredited university; MS degree preferred
  • No experience required
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) license or ability to obtain one within 3 months of hire
