Looking for a motivated, goal oriented, energetic individual to add to our growing management team!
Duties include, but are not limited to:
o Opening and closing store.
o Counting money and making sure nightly reports match up.
o Creating server sections
o Leading servers and kitchen staff to success while working.
o Consistent in disciplinary action when needed.
・ Oversee daily FOH and BOH operations and ensure safety and sanitation standards are followed
・ Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
・ Manage financial reports and maintain a profitable business through the use of P&L statements
・ Source, hire and continually develop team members with training and coaching
・ Understand and enforce current HR laws and best practices
・ Grow sales using different tactics and strategies
・ Manage and promote the brand
・ Schedule routine or emergency maintenance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
