Slingco is an award-winning supplier of installation tools for the energy infrastructure industries, including Utility, Oil & Gas and Renewables. With over 40 years of industry heritage, we serve customers in over 80 countries worldwide from our Head Office in the UK and distribution centre in Georgia, USA.

As our General Manager you will have overall responsibility for Operations at our distribution centre in Tyrone, Georgia. You will ensure that the organisation is equipped with the right teams, skills, space, and equipment to enable the business to provide a world class service to our customers across the USA.

You will play a significant and influential role in shaping operations to support high levels of growth in line with group strategic goals.

Your key areas of accountability will be

· Warehouse & Logistics - national & international, systems, efficiencies

· Facilities Management - lease contracts, insurance, service contracts, property, fleet

· IT – full site responsibility, service contracts, group compliance

· Customer Service - queries, resolutions, returns, quality investigations

· Finance - credit control, CAPEX, risk, inventory, base data

· Human Resources - full employee life cycle, performance, disciplinary

· Health & Safety - full site responsibility

Travel: You will be required to travel Nationally & Internationally from time to time.
