As a General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and mentoring your team while overseeing the operation of your restaurant. You will promote a positive dining experience for your customers by monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures, maintaining QSC standards and delivering on Wendys brand standards and procedures while achieving sales and profit goals.

Requirements

• Must have strong customer service skills and a great attitude
• Highly motivated, have strong supervisory, organizational and communication skills.
• Be able to lead a team have a positive attitude and desire to deliver the best customer service possible
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, react to change productively and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
• Achieve restaurant sales and profitability goals
• Minimum 3 year previous management experience
• Reliable transportation
