Responsibilities:

• Manage customer complaints.
• Deal with upset customers.
• Handle customer concerns and objections in a professional manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by personalizing the service.
• Manage customer expectations.
• Respond to queries and provide relevant information to customers in a timely manner.
• Evaluate sales trends and identify areas of improvement.
• Determine price of products and services.
• Analyze competitors' prices and modify company's prices as appropriate.
• Provide guidance to workers regarding their jobs.
