Ray-Mont Logistics is currently seeking a permanent full time General Manager. As a professional team member of Ray-Mont Logistics, the main responsibilities will consist of the following:

Tasks

• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Design strategy and set goals for growth with the Commodity Managers
• Maintain clean SOA’s by working closely with AP TEAM and optimize oversea RLA expenses
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally and individually within RLA
• Oversee recruitment, evaluation and training of new employees onsite working closely with HR
• Prepare regular reports for upper management
• Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
• Provide solutions to issues in the RLA office
• Assist HR with RLA Events and Planning
• Lead the Administrative Assistant.
• Assist Commodity Leads in Convention travel and organization

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in logistics or supply chain management is essential. This may include experience in transportation, warehousing, distribution, or inventory management.
• A General Manager must possess excellent leadership skills to manage a team of employees, set goals, and drive the business forward.
• Effective communication is critical in this role as the General Manager must liaise with customers, suppliers, and employees.
• The General Manager should be customer-centric and committed to delivering exceptional service to clients.
