American Eagle dba BuildersHomeStop is a rapidly growing upscale residential remodel company that services northern suburbs of the Dallas metro area, with growth plans across the US. We aim to provide dream homes, doing upscale designs, builds, and renovations for high-net-worth clients. We take pride in winning, but never at the cost of outstanding customer service and quality work. We are looking for a business-minded and growth-driven General Manager to join our business team in Dallas, Texas.

Compensation and Training:

This opportunity provides strong earning potential, between $80k – $120k per year, along with high bonuses and a good benefits package.

Job Responsibilities:

• Independently Manage end-to-end all aspects of the business from growth strategy to daily nuances.
• Key metrics will be sales growth, profitability and customer satisfaction
• Assist the CEO in developing and implementing strategy to rapidly grow and scale the business
• Hands-on, day-to-day management of remodel projects to deliver them to highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction
• Oversee entire process including sales, bid, planning & scheduling, design, crew selection and allocation, project oversight, customer management, billing and crew payments, issue resolution, and quality
• Act as Senior statesman with customers, guiding them on key choices and decisions
• Oversee and direct crews of all trades (exteriors, interiors, electrical, etc.) including detailed quality reviews/ guiding/ coaching/ problem solving as needed
• Hire, train, and mentor new employees as the business grows, ensuring employees have clear direction, and objectives and understand the business KPI’s

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes:

• 10 years previous experience in construction, interior or exterior remodeling
• 5 years’ experience as either a business owner or GM or similar role for a residential building or remodeling company
• Strong knowledge of the local home remodeling and maintenance markets
• Ability to read, interpret and understand technical drawings and blueprints
• Adept with providing outstanding customer service, marketing, and sales support
• Outstanding ability to critically think, make decisions and take accountability for decisions made.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, highly organized, able to prioritize own workload effectively and able to work collaboratively with others
• Strong sense of independence and able to work independently
• Desire to grow the business and grow personally and professionally in their role
• Proficient with the use of computers, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook etc
• Ability to manage own diary and time effectively to maximize productivity
• Confident in managing, mentoring and training others, as the team grows
• This position reports directly to the CEO, so you should be able to communicate with people at executive and board levels

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
