GENERAL MAINTENANCE CLASS I
We are looking for a maintenance professional that is dedicated and passionate about delivering exceptional maintenance service in a luxury setting. Essential job functions would include repairing, replacing or installing material for equipment not functioning. The ideal candidate would have expertise in performing the skills of a carpenter, electrician, painter, mechanics, refrigeration mechanic, and general repair work may be necessary. Communication and collaboration will be a key component where the individual will be able to provide assistance and advise/delegate employees as necessary. A successful candidate will have attention to detail and be able to work in a fast paced environment with high demands. A minimum of 5 years previous work experience in a similar setting is required.
