SUMMARY OF POSITION
We are seeking entry-level General Laborers for our growing team. Successful candidates should have a willingness to learn, have a positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow and understand project instructions and plans from construction managers or supervisors
- Use construction tools and equipment to complete daily tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Clean and clear debris
- Safely operate a variety of tools including rollers, saws, wackers, shoveling, checking grades, laying pipe and raking stone
- Ensure construction equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly daily
- Follow all safety regulations when operating equipment and wear appropriate PPE on site (proper headgear, earplugs, gloves, safety glasses, and clothes)
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Vocational school or trade apprenticeship is a plus
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 40 pounds
- Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
