Tranquility Dental Wellness is currently expanding, and we are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Doctor to join our team during this exciting time of growth. We are looking for a candidate who is eager to be a part of our journey and is passionate about providing excellent patient care.

We currently have 4 locations located in Lacey WA, Tumwater WA, Point Ruston WA, and Spanaway WA.

Our employees commute from many amazing spots around Washington; anywhere from Tacoma, Olympia or even the Seattle Area.

We are currently seeking a part-time (1 day per week) associate dentist to join our team at our Tacoma Point Ruston location. The position offers the flexibility to float between our other three offices, allowing for exposure to our treatment philosophy and preparing the candidate to take on a larger role in our upcoming expansion. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to grow their skills and experience in a supportive environment.

Qualifications:

• Current Washington State Board Dental Licensure required; active DOH license
• Maintain annual OSHA, WISHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training as required by law
• Full understanding and knowledge of HIPPA privacy rules
• Must have high ethical standards and value patient care above all else
• Must love to work amongst a team of other highly skilled and motivated dental professionals
• Must be a service-oriented, team-player that maintains a positive attitude
• Excellent communication, customer service, and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Tranquility Dental Wellness COVID-19 Response:

The outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) is an evolving situation that is changing daily. Tranquility Dental is taking appropriate measures to keep our team member and patients safe in the wake of the global pandemic. We are closely monitoring the situation to ensure precautions are taken accordingly and communicated effectively to minimize service disruptions and allow us to continue to serve our patients and their dental needs.

In addition to the standard infection control precautions present during normal operating circumstances, the following additional measures have been taken to ensure employee and patient safety remains our top priority and exceeds the standard requirements as we continue operations:

• All staff trained according to a customized Covid-specific Health and Safety Policy and Procedure loom video, distributed and available to all teammates
• Covid-focused literature posted on website, entry to all locations, and during appointment confirmations
• Employee and patient temperature screenings and documentation with non-contact infrared thermometers and Covid screening questions
• Covid-focused patient scheduling guidelines with screening questions, limited companions permitted during appointments and mandatory Covid questionnaire upon arrival
• Covid-focused waiting room guidelines honoring social distancing with shared items (magazines, beverage stations, etc) temporarily removed, including sanitizing stations and patient wait-in-car options
• Check-in area and items (pens, iPads, etc) disinfected after every patient
• Proper PPE provided to all employees to include custom N95 masks, filters and face shields, as well as aerosol limiting accessories like IsoLite evacuation systems in each operatory

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $150,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
