Requirements:

- Must have MED-issued employee badge.

- Must be vaccinated against covid-19, be prepared to show proof of vaccination (i.e., vaccination card), and be willing to wear an appropriate face covering (surgical mask or better over nose and mouth) whenever requested by management inside the facility.

- Must have reliable transportation.

- Must have a high school degree or GED.

- Must be willing to work on ladders.

- Must be able to complete repetative tasks.

- Must have a positive attitude.

We are a wholesale cannabis facility utilizing a multi-tiered system under 100% supplemental LED with coco and rockwool substrates.

We are looking for candidates who cooperate well with others, and are detail-oriented, patient, and passionate about plants. Experience in the cannabis industry or agriculture is a plus, but not a requirement. All backgrounds will be considered.

Starting pay: $18 with an employee review at 30 days. Pending the outcome of the employee review, a raise will be provided starting the following pay period.

Shifts are generally 7:00a-3:30p Monday-Friday. Employee hours & scheduling may be adjusted depending on company needs, but should stay consistent week to week.

Company Benefits:

After 6 months, employees become eligible to join the company's health insurance program. The health insurance plan includes the option to open a Health Savings Account (HSA) with monthly employer contributions. At this time point, employees also become eligible for the company's bonus program based on harvest yields.

Paid sick leave is provided at 1 hour of accrued leave for every 30 hours worked (beginning on your first day), up to 48 hours per year.

• Cleaning/Organizing grow spaces
• Defoliation/Plant Canopy Management
• Hand Irrigation
• Environmental Monitoring
• IPM tasks/Spraying

Skills:

• Experience in gardening, horticulture, agriculture
• Experience with irrigation and plumbing
• Experience working on teams to accomplish shared goals
• Knowledge of CO-approved pesticides, cleaning products
• Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, often
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Ability to remain on your feet for long periods of time
• Ability to work on ladders
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• A desire to learn and help others learn how to grow the healthiest crop!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
