· General knowledge of landscaping maintenance.

· Ability to operate small power equipment.

· Must be able to stand, kneel and bend for prolonged periods of time.

· Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

· Must be able to work in outdoor conditions.

· Gardening Skills: Grounds Upkeeping, Planting and Cutting Shrubs, Palm Trees, etc.
