Work independently installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining customers' garage doors in Aurora, Denver, Lakewood, Littleton, Parker down to Castle Rock. The right candidate will be mechanically and technically inclined, have an astute business acumen and possesses the interpersonal skills to thrive in this sales/customer service focused position. Company vehicle and cell phone provided, with an excellent compensation program.
Annual Salary potential $50-80k with top technicians earning much more.
No cap on earnings. Need someone who isn't afraid to go out and get business.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- Experience repairing, installing and servicing residential garage doors but not required. If you do not have experience as a Garage Technician we will train you on all aspects of the residential garage door industry.
- Must have ability to communicate with customers in an up-sell and solution-based conversation. Sales background a huge plus!
- High School Education
- Mechanical aptitude – knowledge and skilled in using various hand and power tools.
- Comfortable with face to face customer interaction.
- Ability to troubleshoot and think independently.
- Positive attitude with a desire to learn.
- Able to move or lift 50-75 plus pounds over your head and the ability to bend, climb, reach, kneel, etc. for extended periods.
- Flexible Style (“do whatever it takes” approach).
- Commitment to Complete Customer Satisfaction.
- Responsible for safe driving of company vehicles.
- Responsible for safe work site, equipment, and truck.
- Reviews work orders for accuracy and completeness before departing to job site.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (Required)
- Clean criminal background.
