Seasonal team members will primarily be utilized between late October though early January. Exceptional team members may be offered a permanent position within the company.
Job Summary
- Welcome guests with a warm welcome, smile, and positive attitude
- Spiel and answer general questions regarding their gameplay experience in an outgoing way
- Oversee and guide guests through their gameplay experience
- Fixing and resetting games after they have been played and are empty
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Memorize game flows, codes and stories
What are we looking for?
- Individuals who are organized, outgoing, strong multi-taskers and who are flexible.
- Hospitality/Guest service experience
- Must be able to stand, stoop and lift objects up to 20 pounds during a shift
- Clear communication skills and the ability to type adequately on a computer
- Provide at least four days of availability(We are open 7 days a week from 9AM-11PM during peak and 11AM-11PM during our slower season.)
- Primarily we need individuals with weekend availability (Friday, Saturday and Sunday, specifically evenings)

COVID-19 considerations:
Optional masks for guests and staff. Every hour each game room as well as the restrooms are disinfected with a cleaning solution. Daily deep cleaning and disinfecting.
