POSITION SUMMARY:
Graduate Assistant in the Division of Health Sciences
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Perform general clerical duties (i.e. filing, copying, mailing, reports, etc.)
- Assist the division with program assessment (i.e. alumni surveys, senior surveys, performance evaluations, etc.)
- Assist with recruitment of prospective students
- Order academic and office supplies
- Maintain calendar and appointment schedule for the division
- Collect, update and maintain information for full-time and adjunct faculty files
- Assist with other clerical duties as deemed necessary for the job position
REQUIREMENTS:
- Pleasant personality and good work ethics
- Dependability and promptness in working scheduled hours
- Trustworthy
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Able to work independently and to be creative in problem solving
