Job Description: Warehouse Associate, Off-Loader : San Antonio

Start time 4:30 am to 1:30/2 pm / 5 days a week/ Tues - Sat. / $ 15-17.00

Werner Furniture Warehouse Location: 927 Eddie Rd. San Antonio TX 78219

Job Description:

Unload tractor trailer loads of brand new furniture. Scan and place into marked locations to be set for delivery. Keep everything clean and tidy.

  Perform other duties as assigned
• Prepares orders by processing request and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area
• Completes shipments by processing loading orders
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat, maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures rule and regulations
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• On time for work and communicate
• Warehouse/Retail Stock Room/Distribution Environment Experience
• Use of the Trash compactor experience is a plus.

Dress Code: Warehouse Industrial

• Furniture Assembly: 1 year of appliance and furniture installation preferred
• Customer service: 1 year working with people
• Customer service skills: 1 year

Qualifications:

• Pass a pre-employment physical & drug test
• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Must be 18 years old or older.
