MUST BE OBSESSED WITH DOGS!

We are high quality dog daycare, boarding and grooming facility. We are looking to add to our pack, someone who is eager to learn, is self-motivated, confident, and be part of a team that truly has the dogs best interest in mind. Being a kennel - free daycare and boarding facility, moderating appropriate dog play and interactions is vital to the well-being and health of the dog in our care. Dogs teach us every day and we are looking for someone who is interested in learning how to improve the relationships between the dogs and counselors and also between the dogs!

Our training period is between 20 - 40 hours as we believe the more knowledge you are equipped with, the healthier the relationship with the dogs will be. This training also allows you time to form relationships with the dogs in our care and learn the standards and protocols we have in place to maintain a healthy and safe environment.

This position requires you to be active and on your feet. We offer positions that are 10 hours (4 days a week) or 8 hours (5 days a week). The job requires work both indoors and outdoors and although you have teammates, the job is relatively independent in nature. Dogs in our care are never left alone and have someone next to them from the moment they walk into our building, until the moment they leave. Duties include: Moderating play groups, cleaning, and enforcing a positive pack experience to social dogs!

We have been voted best of Madison in 2021 and 2022. The dogs do love us and we love them. We offer flexible schedules; however, we are taking care of pups, that means we are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, all weather, all situations. We are entering our 4th year in business, so have been learning along the way.

Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
