About us
We are a real estate management company, located in north east WI. We only manage properties that are owned by the management company or its employees. The properties consist of residential long term rentals, short term rentals and comercial business space.
Our organization is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to help keep our finances in order. The successful candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping duties including, but not limited to, balancing books, creating bank reconciliations and maintaining financial journals. This is a part time desk-based position in which the successful candidate will work independently and typically be required to work unsupervised.
Responsibilities:
- Create financial statements.
- Organize related files.
- Provide support to the account manager.
- Help develop the database.,Maintain a database for accounting entries and general ledger entries.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience:
- Bookkeeping: 5 years (Preferred)
