Job Title: Fulfillment Transportation Manager

Reports To: Operations Manager & Regional Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Monday - Friday 8:30 am – 5 pm

Summary: Responsible for overseeing the Fulfillment Operations while providing excellent customer service to multiple departments submitting and processing orders. Manage projects including planning, executing, and reporting while following the guidelines and procedures set forth by Cura Resource Group.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following essential functions. Other duties may be assigned.

1.Communication

Create and maintain professional relationship with all customer contacts, respond in a timely and professional manner.

2. Operations

Oversee, direct, and monitor employee’s performance to ensure inventory accuracy and order processing accuracy. Meet productivity goals including shipping deadlines amongst other responsibilities of the day-to-day operations.

3. Project Management

Pre plan by establishing the scope and timing of projects, set and follow schedule, communicate any setbacks or conflicts, and determine and prepare appropriate work location.

Track labor and material expenses, staff accordingly based on magnitude of project and timing allowed to complete project. Provide status updates throughout the process.

Provide final transportation tracking reporting to all parties involved. Provide final labor and material report for invoicing.

4. Labor Management

Hire staff and provide training to include, time keeping, safety and security, systems training, forklift training and customer service.

4. Security

Communicate if working outside the regular business hours. Maintain secured the high value inventory areas. Be sure to report any issue regarding the camera system or safe.

5. Facility Management

Oversee and maintain the safety and cleanliness of the areas utilized by the Fulfillment Team. Manage space and maintain daily communication with Sales Center Manager.

Education/Experience:

Business or supply chain management degree or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Other Abilities:

· Familiar with FedEx, DHL and Dangerous Goods (DG)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

• Logistics: 1 year (Required)
• Domestic & International Shipping: 1 year (Required)
