Basic Job Duties:

The Warehouse/Route Driver function is to safely and efficiently deliver Elevator equipment to field employees

• Load and accurately inventory product and equipment orders at the warehouse for delivery to field employees
• Drive company-owned trucks 30 to 60 miles daily to transport equipment
• Build rapport with field employees
• Reconcile products remaining on the delivery vehicle at end of the workday against products loaded onto a vehicle for delivery at beginning of workday to identify any losses.
• Maintain and secure tools and equipment used to make deliveries
• Immediately report delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations or any problems to the supervisor or other management personnel.
• Keep assigned vehicle clean, organized, and operating safely
• Promptly report to supervisor any mechanical problems encountered with assigned vehicle or any other company-issued equipment.
• Obey all traffic laws and maintain a valid driver’s license in the state where working.
• Follow all government and company safety, security, and transportation procedures.
• Maintain a professional and courteous manner in all interactions with team members
• Perform other duties as assigned by managment as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Repeatedly lift and cary equipment/products weighing a minimum of 25lbs
• Drive 30 to 60 miles per day.
• Climb in and out of delivery vehicles multiple times per day.
• Able to work outdoors in various types of weather.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
