Job Responsibilities:
  • Execution of all administrative tasks including travel planning and proactive calendar management for senior leader/team
  • Manage the coordination and logistics of both internal and external meetings, and a rranging and coordinate complicated domestic and international travel
  • Act as a subject matter experts for policies and procedures
  • Assist with staff on-boarding and off-boarding, which includes requesting equipment setup and system access
  • Maintain current organizational charts and Executive Bio' and h andling regular activities without prompting, and advise in advance with issues or delays
  • Assist in editing spreadsheets and presentations, including printing and binding, for client meetings
  • Work cooperatively with the administrative assistants team, in positive partnership to support each other smoothly along with leading and coordinate on ad hoc projects as requested

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Min. of five years of administrative experience, supporting at the Managing Director level (or equivalent) or above is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to manage competing priorities i.e. calendar management required
  • Effective interpersonal skills with superior oral and written communication skills
  • Resilient and adaptable to constantly changing business priorities, collaborative and approachable and advance abilities to organize
  • Exercises diplomacy to represent the business/bankers at all levels of the corporate hierarchy which includes interacting with various executive level clients and internal constituents across all lines of businesses
  • Tact and good judgment in confidential situations and proven experience interacting with senior management and be h ighly refined influence, teamwork, judgment, and decision-making skills

This is a hybrid role (3 days in office / 2 days remote) located in New Canaan, CT.
