Our General Practice, multi-doctor dental office is seeking a Patient Coordinator! The ideal candidate would have a minimum of two years dental experience with the use of Dentrix dental practice software, and be knowledgeable of dental procedures, terminology, and CDT coding.

• Confident discussing finances
• Understands teamwork
• Friendly, positive demeanor -with patients and team members
• Ability to grasp new tasks quickly and efficiently
• Must be punctual, reliable, and adaptable
• Efficient time management
• Strong computer skills, including accurate data entry and proficient typing

Job Duties, including, but not limited to:

• Greeting patients as they enter the practice
• Verifying patient information is current and accurately entered
• Ensuring all documents are current and/or updated as necessary
• Answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling appointments
• Collecting payments and accurate posting
• Responsible for keeping hygiene and operative schedules full
