Shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM and 11:00 PM -7:00 AM

Must be able to work weekends.

Sunburst or the Employer requires all associates to be Covid-19 vaccinated.

All employees are required to assist any customer or potential customer in a prompt, courteous, friendly, and helpful manner at all times. Performs all audit/desk procedures as set forth by the property on a daily basis such as reservations, check-ins and check-outs. Prepares all required audit/desk reports and assembles for disposition in the accounting office. Balances all cash receipts and work performed during the audit/desk shifts. Makes deposits of cash. Prepares the front office for the next shift and resets business day. Attends and actively participates in all front office meetings. Acts as PBX operator during all shifts.

• Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
