ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

· Greet guests in a hospitable manner as they arrive at the gated entrance.

· Provide general information and give directions.

· Monitor traffic entering the property to assure vehicles are guests, members, and/or visitors i.e. attending functions, having dinner or any valid reason for being on property.
