Key job responsibilities
As a Front End Engineer you will drive the development of an external facing global mobile first web asset that will be used by millions of applicants that aspire to work at Amazon. You will own creating a friction free application experience that allows a candidate to focus on what they want versus feeling like they are simply filling out lots of forms.

• Be a technical leader that is not afraid to challenge the norms and innovate.
• Execute against project plans and delivery commitments.
• Develop relationships with internal and external partner teams. Be the evangelist and point of contact for your team.
• Develop the long-term strategy for your systems, while aligning them to the goals of the organization and translate that into an achievable road map.
• Collaborate with peer leaders to ensure your strategies are in alignment with the rest of the organization.

• 1+ years of agile software development methodology experience
• Experience with common front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, TypeScript, and Node
