POSITION:

Rumble is searching for part-time front desk sales/administrative representatives seeking to work in an exhilarating environment . Our 45-minute class is a "boxing inspired" full-body workout. We are an exciting and edgy, celebrity endorsed program that started in L.A and NYC - now coming to Texas! Check us out!

The purpose of the Front Desk Sales Representative is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio, building relationships, providing a positive experience, and successfully moving them through the sales process to a membership sale. The selected candidate also greets clientele at the front desk and assists with administrative tasks as needed - it is all about the experience! Fitness knowledge or experience is preferred, but not required. This position is part-time position with various shifts -

** VERY EARLY MORNING AND LATE AFTERNOON SHIFTS AVAILABLE..

Duties:

• Welcome clients at the front counter - providing a stellar customer experience
• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s goals and needs
• Meet and/or exceed personal sales goals
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider
• Present available services to current or prospective members
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
• Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, and community events) to promote the studio
• Operate studio gym software (Club Ready)
• Follow up and follow through activities with prospective clients via in-person, over the phone and email
• Merchandise and stock inventory for retail clothing and other items
• Attend and complete all relative training programs
• Take pictures for social media platforms
• Light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
• Warm welcoming and engaging personality
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training
• Self-motivated and takes initiative
• Must have proficient computer skills and ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
• Must be have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
