Front Desk Hotel Experience only need apply.

We’re looking for a front desk representative to assist guests. Responsibilities include but may not be limited to checking in/out guests, handling their requests and taking reservations.

Ultimately, you will provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk running smoothly and guests satisfied with our service.

Responsibilities

• Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations
• Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
• Assist guest with requests
• Effectively comunicate with all deparments
• Maintain marketplace clean and stocked
• Maintain work space clean and organized
• Balance the cash drawer and log receipts

Skills

• Proven experience as a front desk representative or in a similar role of 1 year or over, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Experience with basic microsoft office
• An eye for detail
• Good problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service skills
• The ability to multitask
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Availability to work flexible hours
• Availability to work morning and evening
• Experience with Opera Cloud is a Plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
