We are a top-rated urgent care in Orange County and is rapidly growing. As an urgent care, we pride ourselves on delivering the best care possible and make getting medical care easy. We have locations in Tustin, Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, Cypress, Los Alamitos, and Stanton.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients (verify insurance, etc.)
• Check out patients.
• Answer and conduct phone calls (inquiries, follow up calls, etc)
• Effectively manage patient flow in coordination with other staff and medical provider
• Maintain patient care areas clean and stocked. Includes assisting with supply/med/vaccine inventory/logs.
• Performs duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Friendly and pleasing personality
• At least 6 months prior administrative, receptionist or customer service experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
