We’ll handle everything, from quickly sorting customer issues to scheduling appointments or consultations for your company services.
We are looking to hire a Front Desk Receptionist. The successful candidate should be outgoing and friendly with a gregarious personality and a natural talent for customer service. The right candidate will attend to visitors and answer with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply info regarding the company to the general public, clients, and customers.
Salary $1200 per week Job Type Full-time
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Required Experience:
High school diploma or relevant qualification.Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
