ABOUT POWER LODGE

Power Lodge is a leading powersports dealer, proudly serving the Ramsey, Brainerd, and Mille Lacs, MN and Bonita Springs, FL areas. Our goal is to help with all your recreational needs, from sales to service to parts. Since our doors first opened, complete customer satisfaction has been our top priority. We are looking to hire a Receptionist that can continue to provide this exceptional customer service.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Manage all incoming phone calls and greets customers with a smile as they enter the dealership, assists them in locating the correct department

• Accurately prepare and process all title and licensing applications picked up by DMV

• Work with customers in Fare Harbor software for Power Lodge Adventures reservations

• Provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks

• Make daily coffee and perform light cleaning of the entrance area and customer lounge

• Backup to the accounting department for daily cash reconciliation

• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience within the power sports or automotive industry highly preferred
• Self-motivated with ability to meet deadlines independently and as part of a team
• Ability to forge positive working relationships with a wide variety of people
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
