Harbor House is located within a unique harborside neighborhood setting, conveniently located off 3A in Hingham, MA and is accessible by public transportation. Requirements for Front Desk Receptionist:
- High school diploma preferred
Job Duties for Front Desk Receptionist:
- Answer and direct callers to the appropriate phone lines
- Screen visitor, staff and vendors per DPH guidelines
- Assist with necessary testing of visitors
- Greet new admissions, direct families and visitors to resident rooms
- Assist department heads with clerical tasks such as tracking documentation, copying, faxing
