Looking for a reliable, self driven person for this high energy, fast-paced position. We are an innovative physical therapy practice that is breaking into the wellness world with progressive ideas. The right people are needed to bring amazing customer service to the Capital Region.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Perfect position for a college student or someone looking for part time work

- Strong call center experience a must

- Checking patients in/out

- Scheduling and confirming patient appointments

- Collecting and verifying patient insurance

- Entering patient information into the scheduling system software

- Light laundry and office cleaning

- Answering phones and company text messages

- Assisting therapists disinfecting and rooming patients

- Ability to multitask a must

AM shift (6:45am-3pm)M-F/PM shift (2pm-7pm)M-Th

Position requires flexibility to travel to both Albany and Clifton Park offices as needed.
