Compass Nephrology Care is a start-up nephrology practice in Weston, FL scheduled to open in late July 2023. Compass Nephrology Care’s mission is to provide excellent patient care in a comfortable, family-oriented environment.

Dr. Charles Bonanno, owner of Compass Nephrology Care, intends to build a team of highly skilled and experienced clinical and administrative staff members. The practice expects to welcome a high volume of patients upon opening, as Dr. Bonanno is a highly motivated and well-respected physician in the community.

As Dr. Bonanno expects the practice to grow quickly, we are seeking interested candidates with leadership skills, a strong drive and work ethic, and believers in providing excellent care to patients in a professional and friendly setting.

Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:

● Minimum of one year of experience as a medical receptionist;

● Excellent computer skills and desire to work in a fast-paced specialty clinic

● Experience with answering phones and appointment scheduling, etc.

● Problem solving skills and the ability to multitask

● Care, compassion, and commitment to high quality customer service

● Team player with excellent communication skills

The position will include:

● Competitive compensation package; commensurate with experience

● Part-time position to start with potential for full-time employment within a couple of months.

Job Type: Part-time
