The Carey Clinic is a busy, multi-specialty clinic with Allergy, Asthma, & Immunology, Pediatrics, and Family Medicine providers. We provide many on-site services including Lab, PFT, Sinus CT, and Allergy Testing.
Primary responsibilities include greeting patients, check-in and check-out, scheduling appointments, taking payments, verifying insurance, processing incoming faxes and messages, and responding to medical records requests.
The ideal candidate must be able to excel in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, while always maintaining a professional, patient-focused demeanor. The ability to effectively manage a multi-line phone system is crucial.
This is full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
- Medical scheduling: 1 year (Preferred)
- Medical receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
