Job description

A front desk manager is responsible for managing the reception area, coordinating all front desk activities, and supervising the support staff. They compile reports for management, including occupancy reports and financial information. No specific degree is needed for the position, but experience handling cash, accounting procedures, and general administrative tasks are always a plus. Hospitality experience is also required, as well as some familiarity with hotel booking software and adequate computer skills in common programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Front desk managers may be expected to work varying shifts throughout the week. They must be highly skilled at providing excellent customer service as well as multitasking and managing multiple tasks at the same time. They may also be required to respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and handle customer complaints and special requests .

Pay: $12.50 - $13.00 per hour
