We are looking for a Front Office Supervisor to oversee operations at our Front Desk. This position is an important role, one that will lead the front desk team to success with your leadership by delivering satisfaction to every guest.

Responsibilities of this position include by not limited to the following.

• Serve as the champion of the hotel to ensure team members are engaged, appreciated, challenged, and committed to our guests needs.
• Work with hotel management to develop and enact on action plans that achieve goals
• Develop team members ready for success.
• Participate actively in within the sales efforts of the hotel.
• Involvement within the hotel's community for relationship building.
• Handles and lead all other efforts that may develop as a need for the hotel operations.

Qualifications for this position include but not limited to the following.

• Leadership and communication skills to develop a winning team.
• Flexible schedule availability to ensure smooth operations at all times.
• Previous hotel supervisory / management experience.
• Ability to multitask and handle challenges professionally.
• Physically able to perform all responsibilities of the position that include but not limited to bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
