A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRONT DESK ATTENDANT
As a Front Desk Attendant, you are the face of our hotel during your shift! You assist with customer service duties such as answering the phone and assisting guests with directions and other questions. You cheerfully greet guests as they walk through the door, always making sure they feel welcome. You also keep the front desk area clean and presentable. Meeting guests and helping them have the best experience possible fills you with great satisfaction!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FRONT DESK ATTENDANT
- Excellent customer service skills
Are you dependable? Can you efficiently manage multiple tasks? Do you have a friendly disposition along with outstanding customer service skills? Can you provide exceptional hospitality? If yes, you might just be perfect for this entry-level position!
WORK SCHEDULE
This part-time position typically works the weekend morning or swing shift. The schedules are 7 am - 3 pm or 3 pm - 10 am.
