Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities:

• Answer a telephone, direct calls or visitors, and maintain appointments for staff.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and follow up with guests as needed.
• Greet customers.
• Assist in the preparation of reports.
• Answer questions and provide information to callers by telephone or in person.
• Operate office equipment such as scanners and computers.
• Assist staff as directed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
