A front-of-house role at Mayweather Boxing + Fitness means that you are the business’ frontline, and the first point of contact for all clients. Front desk/sales staff is responsible for driving sales and service excellence for our boutique fitness brand.

They are expected to be knowledgeable in all aspects of our business and be able to educate customers on any inquiries. Working a front desk position covers many aspects of the business, including but not limited to, membership sales and renewals, retail and concession sales, client check-in, and maximizing workout traffic.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for membership sales, personal training sales, and merchandise sales
• Establishes and maintains an effective referral program
• Greets members and guests promptly and create a friendly and welcoming environment
• Provide exceptional customer service to all MBF clients
• Responds to member requests and inquiries promptly
• Work efficiently as part of a team
• Conducts telephone inquiries and follow up calls
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
• Maintains accurate records using established MBF systems
• Keen eye for cleanliness and organization of the studio
• Conducts on-boarding of all new MBF clients

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
