We are expanding our team of client service professionals and have 2 vacancies right now!

Our goal is to provide our valued guests with a world-class experience, and an opportunity to enhance their bliss with a monthly de-stressing massage. Our therapists offer a high quality service that changes lives, and the Spa Associate/ Sales Consultants are a critical link in ensuring that our clients' experience in our spa is nothing short of exceptional!

Requirements:

  • Capability to work flexible hours including mornings at 7:30am, some nights, weekend days and some holidays
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A fast learner with a positive attitude
  • Computer proficiency.
  • A strong team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
  • Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution
  • Have reliable transportation to/from work
  • Work Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday

Responsibilities:

  • “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
  • Build productive trusting relationships with customers
  • Comply with inventory control procedures
  • Provide exceptional service and experience to each client through phone and in-person interactions
  • Communicate sales promotions and service options with clients to help get the most out of their visit
  • Promote and educate health and wellness benefits of massage therapy and skincare
  • Schedule/Confirm appointments and balance the daily appointment book
  • Passionately promote products and services with effective, clear communication
  • Communicate with Service Provider team and maximize appointment book

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
