We are looking for a super-reliable Front Desk/Guest Service Agent that will be responsible to handle all guest interactions in person and over the phone in a kind and a professional matter and therefore, you MUST have interpersonal skills, phone skills, and customer service skills as you provide the highest customer service possible.

In the first 30 days, you will be fully trained on the hotel offers, suite type, rates, and special promotions, but you MUST be detailed oriented, coachable, and work fast.

We also expect you to:

• Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Learn all of the hotel's features/services, hours of operatiom, room types, numbers, hotel and suite layouts, decor, and reservation set-up.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit.
• Must have excellent phone etiquette, read, write and speak English.
