We are seeking a candidate with a knack for customer service who is detail oriented, organized, and strong communicator. This is a Front Desk Administrator position and is on-site at our Albany office.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Answer calls and handle customer questions and inquiries
  • Receive, sort, tag, and distribute mail, faxes, and emails.
  • Order office supply and equipment; keep track of inventory.
  • Support the Accounting team with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and deposits.
  • Complete all filing duties, including FSA/HRA files, ensuring accuracy and organization.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
  • 1+ year experience general administrative experience.
  • Strong proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite and multiple technology systems.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills required.
