Job description
Chase Staffing is seeking a technically skilled candidate with excellent attention to detail for the position of Forklift and Machine Operator. Forklift operators are responsible for optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency, scheduling vehicles for maintenance and repairs, and managing inventory by utilizing RF scanning equipment, among other duties. Machine operators install, maintain, and operate machinery. They must have a strong understanding of the machines they work with. Machine operators must be technically inclined and be able to properly utilize tools and machinery. Since problems with machinery may arise, machine operators must be able to analyze situations and find solutions. Candidates for this position should be detail-oriented and willing to learn.

- Loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving warehouse items.
- Transporting materials to different locations within the facility.
- Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency.
- Securing loads to the machine before transportation.
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery.
- Operate tools in order to aid in the manufacturing process.
- Perform periodic checks on equipment and solve problems as detected.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid fork-lifting certificate.
- Reliable transportation
- Able to pass background and drug screening
- Available immediately.
- Able to work overtime when needed.
Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Salary: $16.00 - $17.00 / HOUR
