Ignite is currently seeking a driven, detail-oriented Security Specialist (Foreign Disclosure Analyst) to join our team supporting the US Air Force. This position is expected to be onsite at Eglin AFB.


Responsibilities include:

  • Assist client’s FDO with oversight and implementation of foreign disclosure programs within the program’s HQs and subordinate units in theater.
  • Serve as an action officer in support of activities related to the Foreign Visit System (FVS) and US Export Control System.
  • Serve as an action officer in support of the Foreign Visit Program (FVP), Defense Personnel Exchange Program (DPEP), and the Foreign Liaison Officer (FLO) Program.
  • Support compliance efforts in accordance with the National Disclosure Policy (NDP-1), to include, but not belimited to the development of exceptions to the National Disclosure Policy (ENDP).
  • Assist the client’s FDO with the disclosure or release of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and Classified Military Information (CMI).
  • Apply the proper Release/Security & Classification Markings on all disclosures or releases.
  • Assist all FDR’s (Foreign Disclosure Representatives) and International Security program staff when questions arise pertaining to Foreign Disclosure or International Security related matters.
  • Assist subordinate commands and/or staff personnel with Guidance on Foreign Disclosure policies and International Security procedures.
  • Compile metrics to include how many documents have been processed, at what classification level, and to whom they have been pushed.
  • Assist the client’s FDO with the development of periodic FDR training materials.
  • Provide an activity report rolling up all weekly activities.



Job Requirements:


Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of the Foreign Disclosure Training for DOD (GS160.16 – online course) administered by the Center for the Development of Security Excellence at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency
  • At least 5 years as an intelligence analyst or security specialist
  • Experience working with NATO or other US-led coalitions
  • Familiarity with the DoD International Programs Security Handbook
  • Able to work independently with or without supervision
  • Able to conduct policy research on US classified systems

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have an active TS/SCI

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or at least four relevant years of intelligence, security, or FDO experience
