Food Services Team Member (Full Time / Part Time)
Job description
Join our dedicated team of food service team members and work in a casual, low-stress kitchen atmosphere. Every team member has the opportunity to perform a variety of duties, from hot and cold food preparation to baking. We work as a team to prepare meals and clean up after meals to provide the best experience for our clients. There are a variety of schedules available, including mornings and evenings and we can work with you to create a schedule that fits your needs and ours.
Primary Function: Assists in food preparation, serving and maintaining a clean kitchen and dining room.
Pay range: $16 - $18 / hour
Essential Functions:
- Prepares and serves breakfast, lunch, dinner in a sanitary manner and in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
- Organizes and keeps kitchen and dining room clean and free of safety hazards.
- Assist with inventory, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and stored safely.
- Takes necessary action to prevent food contamination and avoid food waste.
- Adheres to confidentiality laws including 42CFR Part 2, HIPAA and HITECH as well as all Harmony policies and procedures including Code of Ethics.
